Virginia's approach is caring and tailored to you as an individual. Her work is based on establishing a trusting and collaborative relationship with you that is confidential, safe, supportive, and non-judgmental.
The client is an active participant in an individualized treatment planning process. Treatment plan goals and objectives are derived from strengths, needs, and abilities. That means that treatment goals vary form person to person and include alleviating suffering or symptoms, gaining additional insight or self understanding, resolving a short term or a long term issue, personal growth, exploration, or just feeling better about who you are as a person.
